Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who expertise in driving end-to-end sales of our SaaS product from prospecting to closure. In addition, the candidate is also expected to meet the financial goals assigned and responsible for building a business by identifying potential leads and creating a strong clientele for sustainable business success.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Wigzo products and competitors
  • Reachout to leads in timely fashion and pitch for a demo
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives (including cross-selling of other products from the company) in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Reach out to partners frequently to create suitable offers for increasing customer base
  • Develops sales plans, identifies and penetrates new accounts
  • Must be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence change to increase effectiveness and success
  • Ensure company-wide consistency in client service and sales procedures

Accountabilities and performance measures:

  • Achieves the financial and non-financial goals in your assigned area through new client acquisition and upselling
  • Maintains a strong relationship with clients and advise them on issues related to the market and offer solutions on the same
  • Support your team to meet monthly revenue targets
  • Should abide by company policies and processes
  • Ensures a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound leads

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/post graduate with 3 years of experience in Business Development
  • Work experience in a SaaS-based company is a bonus
  • A passion for technology and learning
  • Strong negotiation skills – Strong business focus, pipeline management skills, process-orientation and comfort working in agile environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
